About this deal

Although chillies are not originally from Asia, they have nonetheless become a staple in Thai cuisine. Made up of a wide variety of spicy, sweet, sour, and salty ingredients, this red curry paste is an essential aspect of everyone’s kitchen. This authentic Yellow Thai Curry Paste is a blend of spices to make a delicate, milder and vegetarian curry in your own home.

I know it's probably not authentic but it gives a nice sweet flavour and takes away some of the heat. The name “Mae Ploy” is derived from the main character from a series of stories written by Kukrit Pramoj.Please correct the article stating it is not a vegan version so that no one accidentally dies from a shrimp allergy. I also checked that they don't have any chemical additives, because a good curry paste should just be a mix of real food ingredients.

Ingredients: dried red chili, garlic, lemon grass, salt, shallots, galangal, paste SHRIMP paste (SHRIMPS, salt), kaffir lime peel, pepper. So you have to use your judgment and be prepared to adjust as needed, (which is something you should do whenever you cook anything anyway. The top 3 might switch positions a bit (and it's worth noting that Mae Ploy yellow curry paste doesn't contain shrimp paste), but I highly doubt that the bottom 2 would be different.
